At Zafiro Indio, we strive to deliver your premium home textiles in the best condition and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping services across all of India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team at zafiroindio.com@gmail.com.

2. Processing Time
  • Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • For specific handcrafted or “made-to-order” items, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimates
  • Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above INR ₹500. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of INR ₹100 will apply.
  • Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, your order should reach you within:
    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
    • Rest of India: 5–8 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues or extreme weather conditions.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Delivery Partner Details

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we partner with reputable logistics providers such as BlueDart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express.

6. Damaged or Misplaced Packages

If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please take a photograph of the package before opening it and contact our customer support immediately.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Zafiro Indio (JHB Industries) is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
