1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Please email us at zafiroindio.com@gmail.com or call +91 9251021762 to request a cancellation.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, our Return Policy will apply.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
- Return Window: We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unwashed, unused, and unstained.
- In its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, items that have been washed or used cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased during a “Clearance Sale” are also final sale.
3. Process for Returns
- Request: Email us at zafiroindio.com@gmail.com with your Order ID and a reason for the return.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned product at our Jaipur warehouse, our team will conduct a quality check.
- Approval: If the product passes the quality check (unwashed/unused), your refund will be initiated.
4. Damaged or Wrong Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. We may request a short video of the unboxing to verify the damage.
5. Refund Timeline (Via Razorpay)
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Timeline: It typically takes 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Note: Shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
